Shawna Hedin
Shawna was raised in the small Eastern Washington town (pop. 3700) of Goldendale, WA. After attending Western Washington University she made residence in Edmonds and has lived here since 1981. Shawna’s study included biology and pre-nursing in conjunction with business office management coursework at Shoreline Community College. Combining the desire to work in the field of healthcare at the same time raising her children in the passionate manner modeled by her grandmother, Shawna realized the unique opportunity to join a fellow mother of preschoolers just starting her chiropractic practice. There were no chiropractic doctors in her home town and the treatment and benefits of chiropractic were a very new discovery for this country girl. Ms. Hedin worked with her clinic from its inception and continued to resourcefully promote the growth and success of the business for twelve years.
Shawna enjoys spending time with friends and family, camping, boating, crabbing, gardening, quilting, cooking, making delicious canned goods like pickles and is a lover of animals with many pets...A little bit of a computer geek and a guitar strumming rock star wannabe.
