New Chiropractic Patient?
Don't be nervous... there's a first time for everything, and we hope this first patient appointment guide helps.
- First: call our downtown Seattle office at (206) 343-3325, and make an appointment with our friendly front desk staff. They will ask you your number to return a call to, and how you found out about us.
- Then you'll want to fill out our intake forms, download and print them, if you are able to:
- We're in the Medical Dental Building downtown Seattle, on the same block as downtown Nordstrom. We're right between Pacific Place and Westlake Center, at the north end of the South Lake Union streetcar. Many bus routes got right past out office, too.
- If you want us to bill your insurance, bring a copy of your card... There should be a number to call on the card to check your benefits for chiropractic care... It's covered by ~90% of the company plans. Wear some comfortable clothes if possible. And keep an open mind... we may have disco music playing!
